Multi-Spectral LED flash overcomes many of the shortcomings of today's tungsten, flash and HMI lightsources for film and video illumination. This single rugged solid state light engine can output any color temperature of constant light for video while offering flash capabilities for still imaging

Notable Features

Typical LED "waffle iron" LED fixtures offer little to no control of light shaping which severley limits the creative process. The core of the imagingetc LED technology is an extremely compact 85mm light engine that allows light to eminate from a single homogenous source allowing the light to integrate with the vast array of existing reflectors and other light modifiers. In addition, this form factor can be integrated into many existing light housings as a custom OEM solution

Adjusting the color and unique spectral distributioon of light during capture allows you to dial in to the exact mood you are trying to convey. By fine tuning skin tone with light, the results can be infinitely subtle. For black and white imaging, color tuning the light acts just like traditional color filters. A red-baised light versus a yellow or green-biased light can enhance the tonal relationships of skin while retaining your camera's full bit depth. Post-capture color corrections can compromise image quality resulting in banded or noisy images. Tuning color at the sensor level opens up amazing creative possibilities
